About ME

Welcome! My name is Enny Alake, a Nurse Practitioner ​and the Director of Training at I Rock CPR.

As a practicing healthcare provider, I’ve always known ​how to perform CPR. Then I became a mother, and i ​realized the importance now more than ever for me to ​know how to be care to care for my children and other ​adults around me if cardiac arrest or choking were to ​take place.
