Friends and Family CPR
The Family & Friends CPR Course teaches the needed skills of adult Hands-Only™ CPR, child CPR with breaths, adult and child AED use, infant CPR and relief of choking in an adult, child or infant. Skills are taught using the AHA’s proven technique, which provides students with the most hands-on CPR practice time possible.

About ME
Welcome! My name is Enny Alake, a Nurse Practitioner and the Director of Training at I Rock CPR.
As a practicing healthcare provider, I’ve always known how to perform CPR. Then I became a mother, and i realized the importance now more than ever for me to know how to be care to care for my children and other adults around me if cardiac arrest or choking were to take place.
